By accessing this website or engaging Million Design Labs for design and development services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Scope of Work & Workflow:

    • Phased Execution: Projects are executed across three phases: (1) Homepage Build, (2) Wider Site Build Out, and (3) Finalisation, Training, and Handover.

    • Revisions: The project fee includes up to two (2) rounds of full amends following completion of the site buildout. Revisions outside this scope or requested post-signoff will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

    • Communication: Primary project tracking and amend discussions are conducted via WhatsApp and email for maximum efficiency.

  • Payment Terms & Payment Method Authorization:

    • Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to lock in pricing and secure a spot on our calendar.

    • Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion prior to final handoff.

    • Automatic Billing Authorization: The client authorizes Million Design Labs to securely store the payment method used for the initial deposit via Stripe. If the final 50% invoice is not settled manually within 48 hours of project completion, Million Design Labs is explicitly authorized to charge the remaining balance automatically to the card on file.

  • Intellectual Property & Handover:

    • Ownership: All intellectual property, code, designs, and usage rights remain the exclusive property of Million Design Labs until the final 50% invoice is paid in full. Unauthorized deployment or use of unpaid deliverables constitutes copyright infringement.

    • Handover: Upon receipt of full payment, full ownership rights of the custom website transfer to the client. Handover includes recorded video training and 30 days of free email assistance.

    • Portfolio Rights: Million Design Labs retains the right to display completed designs in its marketing materials and online portfolio unless protected by a separate written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

  • Cancellation & Pauses:

    • If a project is cancelled or paused by the client prior to completion, the initial 50% deposit remains strictly non-refundable. The client will also be billed for any additional billable hours worked beyond the deposit value up to the date of written cancellation notice.
