Yes. DIY templates often lead to clunky design and wasted hours. Send over what you have and we'll turn it into a polished site that brings in enquiries.

The 7 days start once we have all of your content in one handover: the text for every page, your images and your logo. If your site isn't live within 7 days of that, your first month of the Care Plan is free. If we're waiting on your feedback or on access we need, such as to your domain, the 7 days pause until we have it.

Yes. Every website build comes with the Care Plan, because that's how your site is hosted, kept secure and looked after. It's monthly with no minimum term, so you can cancel any time, and we'll send you your website files to host elsewhere.

Yes, any time. The Care Plan is monthly with no minimum term. Just email us and it ends at the end of the month you've already paid for, and we'll send you your website files.

You do. You own your website code.

The Care Plan includes up to 30 minutes of edits a month, which covers changes like updating text, swapping photos or adding a new review.

Unused time doesn't roll over to the next month. If you need more than 30 minutes in a month, we'll quote for the extra work before doing it.

Choose Squarespace if you want a Squarespace website you can log in to and update yourself, instead of an AI-built one. It runs on your own Squarespace subscription, so there's no Care Plan, and you'll get a fixed quote for it. If you'd rather not deal with any of it, our AI-built website with the Care Plan means we handle hosting, security and changes for you.

Directly. You'll have scheduled review calls and a direct WhatsApp line to Emmanuel for quick updates, feedback and questions throughout the build.

Yes. We're UK-based and work remotely with clients all over the world over video calls, email and WhatsApp, with calls scheduled around your time zone.

We're not VAT-registered, so there's no VAT to add. Everything is invoiced and paid through Bonsai. For the build, a 50% deposit secures your slot and the other 50% is due on launch. The Care Plan is billed monthly in advance.
